What is your shipping policy?

We will do our best to ship out next day, but please allow 1-3 business days for your items to ship.

 

What is your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! All domestic purchases will have 7 days from the date of delivery to process a return. Items are only eligible for return if they are unworn, in original condition and with tags attached. We do not offer returns for international purchases. We will not process any returns or exchanges for items bought with a discount of 20% or more. A return fee of $10 will be deducted from your balance.

 

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please email us at navitah.co@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! 

 

Are your production facilities ethical?

Yes! This is a non-negotiable for NAVITAH. We personally audit all facilities by either going in person, or doing video walk throughs of the facilities. We only work with facilities that employ ethical practices, wages and work conditions. 

 

Are your products sustainable?

Yes and no. Some of our products are sustainable - we always try to use recycled materials and preferred fabrics, however, this is not always possible. We will always be transparent about what is sustainable and what is not. We do incorporate dead-stock fabrics into our production and will always include specifics on our item descriptions for sustainable products.

 

Are you hiring?

We are not currently hiring but please feel free to send your resume over to navitah.co@gmail.com. We are open to collaborations and contract work with fashion designers, graphic designers and more. Thank you for your interest!

 

Do you have a referral or influencer program?

We are working on this now. If you are an influencer and would like to work with us, please email us at navitah.co@gmail.com to get started. 

 

Do you offer your products wholesale?

Maybe! We are building this brand outside of the traditional fashion timeline. We are choosing this approach because it allows for a slower, more intentional model. We want to minimize waste and step away from the pressures of fast fashion. With that in mind, if you are open to deliveries outside of the traditional timeline, then email us and we will consider your shop for wholesale! Please include some information on your store, brands you carry and anything that you might think we would like to know. Thanks for your interest!
